Yes, Cameron a worthy winner, though I voted for Sonay as a ru and w in first two itf tournament for ages is impressive. I also think that with no wimledon qwc playoff this year it is players like her who were too old for u18 nationals, who missed out on any potential pathway into Wimbledon qualies.
Also I see 8 players or pairs got no votes yet someone must have nominated them. I can see how this happens but 8 with no votes seems a lot.

Argably not really in a month where one player had such strong support.

I nominated Sam as I thought she deserved to be in there but I voted for Cam.

I voted Sonay like Emmsie. It was a toss up with Cam, but with Jon saying 2nd place was up for grabs I thought I'd show solidarity with the ladies. And she has had a breakthrough couple of weeks.

My thoughts too. It was close and Cam has been immense this month so in all probability I'll switch my vote but Sonay will be a very worthy runner up

Despite my vote I think the right man won as Cam's performance at IW was outstanding. But I'm chuffed that Sonay was RU.  I really hope we'll see her push on up the rankings next year.

I nominate tons biggrin It makes Jon happy !

And I think, for the youngsters, say, it might give them a little laugh to see they've been nominated. But I can't vote for all of them.

I think Cam deserved it. And if it were truly serious I'd have voted for Cam. But I was 100% sure Cam would win so voted for Sonay instead, to help boost her into second place.

It does, it really does biggrin

And exactly, vote as you see fit, all I am interested in really is that a) we get lots of worthy nominations (as mentioned previously, nominations are really shout outs for a job or month well done) and b) vote as that is how we get a deserving winner

I think all us Sonay voters are in agreement, I have no argument that Cam was POM this month but I wanted to get Sonay into a well earned 2nd place.
