Yes, I do think there has been consistentency and general improvement through this year and great now to get such a ranking scalp although the odds looked if anything tighter than I'd maybe have expected. And it wasn't exactly [close!
Still yes a very big rankings gap between our top 10 and #11 and 12, Tara and Beth, but it has been closing.
But that very big ranking gap between GB#10 and GB#11 is entirely down to 2019 and 2020 counters. On a 52 week basis, the gap between GB#10 and GB#11 next Monday would only be 4 points. On the last 52 weeks, Beth would become GB#10 on Monday with 109 points, with Tara and Matilda GB#11 and #12 on 105 points. Beth would be 13 points behind GB#9 Naiktha (122 points).
All three of our British doubles finalists are currently at CHs and, with no ranking points due off the rest of the year, are adding some good points here to push these CHs up higher.

Are Lissey and Liv ranked high enough yet to enter WTA Tournaments?
Not quite high enough for WTA250's, unless they pick a weak week. At Cluj the last on-site accptance was CR367. Not certain about Linz, but I think the cut-off might be higher there. They would probably get in to the 125 International tournaments though.
As entires are based on singles or doubles combined ranking it is also common for singles players to fill the doubles draw for extra match practice, making it very difficult to get in. Mind you, Emily W-S has managed to pick a few this year.
