QF: LINDH, Emilie (GBR) 8 777/41 (CH=643/35 2019) v SAMIR, Sandra (EGY) 1 404/9 (CH=342/2 2020)

Emilie lost twice to Samir in 2020 but beat her in QF last week. Emilie then went on to lose to Bai in the final. If Emilie and Bai both win tomorrow they will meet this week in the SF.

Emilie has got the measure of Samir now - 6-1 in the second set, rather better than the 4 & 5 win last week !

Looks like Sharm is a bit of a training camp this week - I count 8 Chinese and 4 from Hong Kong

Lost the 1st 6-4 but a break up in the 2nd 1-3 so score wise more games on the board.

Break relinquished now 2-3
