Under the current rules, she will get 1 WTA ranking point for qualifying here and according to OER she has 2 points already from Sharm last year so she should get a ranking on the next ranking update. I guess might not last too long depending on how ITFs are being treated in removal of old points.

She was 3-0 up, and then 4-1, got pegged back and Melis served for the set at 6-5.
