 By FQR points I'm meaning reaching the FQR and losing there whch is what Harriet did. QR2 was the FQR here. 

All in all though it does look like on current rules ( thanks kundalini ) you are right and that Harriet should be up a net 31 points : 30+13 - 12 ( her existing 16th counter ).

Incidentally 'proper' qualifiers have always in my memory received both MD and their qualification points so Emma was in a different situation and her ( record! ) 2040 points were not in doubt.

 It's windy there so an extra match might help her. I did notice in her FQR that both players lost their games down the same end.

Veronika seems to be ace queen, she served up 11 or 12 aces.
