She served for it at *5-4, saved several break points but didn't have a set point. Had 40-0* in the next game, missed all 3 but did really well to save a game point, reset, get the break again and close it out
Harriet wins 7-5 6-4. In a match that was predominantly on Marino's racket, the Canadian just made a few too many poor errors and missed first serves. Harriet was very quick at the back (Marino still hits a very heavy ball these days) and the backhand in particular struck some beauties down the line.
Does nothing for the ranking but a great win against a player ranked about her. Well done.
