Rezai hasn't played much in recent years, three tournaments in 2017, one in 2018, one in 2019 and then this tournament. In that period she had 3 wins and 5 losses.
Well, I've never heard of Elisa Bourdeilletas and doubles is a bit of a cr*p shoot anyway, but Robbe and Tholey are standard mid-range players - they'll have a played a lot of club doubles though.
