Regrettably I think you are right about Luke. Very good but he has his level. His chance to advance further seemed to be when he linked up with Ben McLachlan. They gave that partnership a fair chance but it just generally wasn't happening. An exception was their run to the US Open QF in 2019 so Luke will now drop the 360 points from that.

That looks a pretty good and welcome win for Dom. The Finns are both very decent though a bit of a scratch partnership.
