I jokingly made reference to Luke Johnson and Patisserie Valerie elsewhere, his name sake of course was chairman , I believe. Its a few years since they collapsed with a massive hole in their accounts, does anyone know where that investigation got to and what happened?

Went into administration, management buyout.
Not heard if anyone was arrested, but Grant Thornton being sued for failing to audit properly

 5 were originally arrested including the CFO , but not sure if any charges have ever been made. Presumably the investigation is ongoing. 

grant Thornton are fighting the litigation as I understand it.
