Quick search on Google says Emma lost the first set 1-6, winning 16 out of 46 points. Hoping she'll settle in well in the second set and the match will go all the way

Yeah, went downhill rather quick, competitive first 3 games, but she only won 4 of the last 22 points.

Much more energised point just now, so maybe she did have half an eye on next week, and once behind thought it would be better to let it go. She's certainly got the crowd, if she can give them something to cheer for, as proved on that last point.

Maybe Im wrong but I swear some of this tennis is genuinely quite a lot higher level than both of their rankings. Plus a bit of tension and a loud crowd- happy days.
