Eden has withdrawn from the doubles - official reason on drawsheet is illness.

Sam's doubles is fourth match on Centre Court today

That's a real shame as she and Ankita could have got some good points here. I'm a little confused as to how the rules have allowed Ankita to enter again with Barthel...

L16: Catherine Harrison & Samantha Murray Sharan (USA/GBR) CR 358 (181+177) LOST TO Angela Kulikov & Rianna Valdes (USA/USA) CR 863 (431+432) 2-6 6-4 12-14

Kulikov and Valdes are both (ex?) college players from the University of Southern California,and won this tournament in 2019 when it was an ITF W60

Eden tested positive for Covid, which is why Raina could repair under the new rules as it was before their first round match.
