 Sara Bejlek  beat the experienced Argentine player Paula Ormaechea in the final. She is the player who beat Jo and Laura in the 2013 Fed Cup play offs. Bejlek also beat the French player Diane Parry (who has also played  in  Grand Slam singles) in an earlier round.

 That's pretty amazing. 

Sara B didn't do anything at Roehampton or Junior Wimbly (although that's grass, of course)

But she also lost in R2 at the recent clay elite juniors event in Milan 

And didn't play junior RG for some reason

And did OK/well in some clay junior events before that, but not consistently

Fran does not appear this week in the W60 Versmold draw, so it looks as if she has decided to take a break.
