Not sure I am totally keen on Zverev being in an Olympic final though...going to have to support Khachanov in this.

Presumably Djoko still going for mixed glory and will also play through the bronze match against PCB

Mektic and Pavic won the doubles final so medals are:

Gold - Croatia - Mektic and Pavic
Silver - Croatia - Cilic and Dodig
Bronze - New Zealand - Daniell and Venus

Mens singles now:

Gold/Silver - Germany (Zverev) versus Russia (Khachanov)
Bronze - Serbia (Djokovic) versus Spain (Carreno Busta)

Very late to the party but I was really delighted to see Liam get a chance to do so well on a bigger stage.
No ranking points, no money, that's a big ask and I hope he really gets all the praise and support for this commitment he deserves.

I'm not sure if I want him to lose them both or get 2 ****ty bronze medals to remind him of his failure biggrin (of course anyone else getting any colour medal is an amazing achievement but this is Djokovic so usual rules don't apply)

Oh dear, what a shame, never mind. I have my own thoughts on why he doesn't really perform at the Olympics and it's not to do with pressure!!!
