Mallorca has a number of stars next week . Eastbourne has very few ie none really. Halle similarly had more than Queens. Could this be down to appearance fees and or tax?

Happier thoughts - with a Wimbledon wild card secured, will we see Liam, Jay and Jack all take wild cards into Eastbourne? Andy no doubt wont play but the other 3 probably should play it.

 Djoko could play with Lajovic in doubles, although have seen a mention of his brother Marko...

 

I would love to know what is going on re: Halle, Mallorca and Queens/Eastbourne. For a long time, it seemed like the non UK grass tournaments didn't have many big players (several 'big' players playing exho's like The Boodles or at The Hurlingham) but this year it definitely seems like the UK tournaments are suffering from star player attractions.

I don't think Tara Moore  will be going to America when she has a QWC for Wimbledon.

No Brits playing but great to see the Mallorca grass event start this weekend. I love Palma and generally Mallorca, my favourite holiday spot really. Calvia is about 20km from palma and the courts look lovely. Djoko playing doubles with one of Pepe Imaz charges though is a little worrying, I though djoko had ditched the self styled life style guru , sadly it seems not.
