The break was no good for Naiktha. Served out the set, but lost the third 6-3

She would do better if she served two 1st serves and accepted the DFs, she is only winning 7% on her 2nd serve and 65% on her 1st serve.

Katie's form is becoming a real worry. Hope she is entered in lots of tournaments coming up, as consecutive first round losses is leaving her far from match sharp.

Yep, just as well she won that title in February because it's been pretty much first hurdle defeats for the rest of 2021. Unfortunate to get injured the following week of her title triumph, but momentum well and truly curbed. She does have US W100 quals next week, so fingers crossed for an upturn.
