I think Katie B was 50 out at cut off so no chance. Most of the movement with the list seems to happen last 72 hours, I think Jodie may just scrape in, in a normal year cut off is around 208 on a 96 qualifying draw but this year it's 128 draw so 240 or that vicinity looks likely
Thanks Ace. So Harriet, Fran and Sam comfortably in qualifying, and now essentially about Jodie WR 240 at fhe 26/04 cut-off, alt 13, and Katie S WR 249, alt 21.
Thanks Ace for all that wonderful amount of info. I was looking everywhere for the qualie lists and logic told me that our players were fairly close. Looks like Jodie should make it, but touch and go for Katie S again (hope she doesn't finish just missing out, as happened in Australia). I agree with you about Katie B - she needs to pick up some points at Wimbledon and for the rest of the season, otherwise her route back to the top will take a lot longer for her. It doesn't help when she pulls out of tournaments, just when the ranking points are getting to a really helpful level.
Anyway very grateful for your full and interesting posts, Ace.
To be fair to Katie B she retired from her last tournament with an arm issue and was then given a knocking by one poster for possibly playing the following week in Ecuador. As it was she withdrew from both Ecuador weeks ( possibly pretty quickly from the first after her retirement, just the ITF site generally doesn't update withdrawals at that stage of the preceeding week ).
Seems been different issues, which on the face if it is unlucky rather than badly managed, and she has taken precautions re retiring and then withdrawing.
I am not so pessimistic about the amount of time it may take to get back to a much higher ranking if she can stay fit and healthy. For then, low ranking as she may be coming from, if she is good enough she will still climb these rankings, and initially has nothing to defend in the coming months. Granted some 'if's there.

I agree with everything you write - tired and on a break from a 12 hour shift at work, I think I just phrased things badly. What I meant to say was that Katie B's injury, which meant she had to pull out of an event just as the ranking points were getting quite big, was very unfortunate in its timing and hasn't helped her bid to climb back up the rankings.
The injury was clearly a genuine one, and I agree completely that she was unlucky rather than badly managed.
Anyway fingers crossed for Katie B and for a swift return to the top 100.
