Good to see Harriet providing a bit of cheer at the higher end this week. That's now 4 wins in a row, or 6 wins out of 7 on this surface, the one defeat being a fairly competitive defeat to Putintseva, so building a nice little run.

7th seed Govortsova up next.

Edit - forgot that she lost to Putintseva as a LL, so it's 5 from 7, but let's stick to 4 wins in a row smile

To summarise :

L16: Harriet Dart WR 150 (CH 121 in January 2019) beat Arina Rodionova (AUS) WR 168 (CH in October 2017) by 7-6(3) 4-6 6-1

As mentioned, remarkable games 5 and 6 in set 3, both eventual holds but two successive games with 24 points in each.

Cracking shot from Harriet to take the 2nd set. Very windy, Harriet managed to hold 1 service game which was the difference
