3 hour battle? But she won in two sets......what were they doing?

Anyway, she also won her QF (3&3) and is into the semis :)

Yes, but on clay, 6-4 7-6, and probably long rallies, lots of deuces etc.

Londontennistube has some video of Hannah's match against Nao. Look on Youtube - sorry, can't post a link from my tablet.

In the mens semis, at Woking, Michael Shaw plays Louis Hignett and will Jansen plays Will Nolan, which is an interesting match.

In the womens, young Hannah Klugman is up against 3 seeded opponents so will be interesting to see how she gets on.

Thanks for that - got it on now

A little shout out for Will Jansen (age 16) who's made the semis.

Little Hannah has done it again - taken the semi-final in a MTB.

(And reminder she's only recently turned 12).

She'll play Kat Barnes in the final, who also won her semi in a MTB

Yes, well done to Hannah at such a young age. For completeness, especially as both semis were close and a semi is a good achievement, the results were:

Hannah Klugman (q) def Sally Pethybridge [4] 4-6 6-3 10-6

Katherine Barnes [3] def Eleanor Nobbs [7] 3-6 6-2 10-4.

Mens final is Michael Shaw and Will Nolan, the two top seeds.

Huge congrats to 12 year-old Hannah Klugman won the British Tour event this week !

(The fact that Kat Barnes retired at 2-6 2-5 down sounds far more like a face-saving exercise than anything else, but hope she's OK).

Great week for Hannah

And well done to Mike Shaw too, who won the men's final.

Amazing week for Hannah. 7 wins. I was saying how I was interested to see how she would have got on in the main draw after only dropping 8 games in quals as a QWC, but never expected her to actually go on and win it. Fabulous, well done.

Face saving good way of putting it. Now says 6-3 5-2 disqualified. London tennis tube has video of last part of match at least. Make up your own mind. Certain words come to mind but would rather not post them on here. Good luck to Hannah, shame she couldn't actually win the last point.

Yeah. Massive sulk.

However, to be honest, it'll be a learning experience for Hannah - I.e. how not to behave.

Hannah has three older sisters, and they all play tons of sports. I bet her sisters will tell her exactly what they think of Barnes' antics.

Shouldnt she be somehow penalised for that behaviour? Suspended for 2 weeks or some such? Terrible

That Klugman kept her composure entirely was v impressive. Definitely one to watch out for .
