I sail with a few crews - that's with the sailing club from the business school I went to. We were racing on the Solent (between the Isle of Wight & the mainland) in the South of England. It was the morning of the first day of a two day Regatta between European business schools. The sea wasn't too bad (never is really on the Solent), but the winds were just at the edge of sensible to fly that kind of sail.

Was the race from the mainland to the Isle of Wight ?

I expect it takes a lot of experience and technique to sail a yacht like that !!

Do you compete in regular races, which would you say is the toughest place to sail from experience ?

No, but I like Celtic art and was looking for Celtic patterns on the internet. I found a Celtic alphabet, and "nicked" the M to use as a sort of hallmark on the back of birthday and christmas cards that I make. So, there it was on my computer all handy!
