I understand players naming a tax haven as their "home" is common place, but why do I get that sinking feeling every time I read it about a player I like?

We all want white collar and big business's to pay the tax they owe, but continue to  cheer on sportsman and musicians when they work around it

Yes, I don't 'blame' them, it's all very understandable, but it doesn't endear them to you.

And, I agree, it's no different to Amazon really

(PS Sorry, Jon, got Abu Dhabi and Dubai confused - have changed it).

Yes, Kyle got a fairly hard time on here re his tax exile so it is only fair to spread disapproval to Dan.

At least maybe more chance in Dubai, when he is there during breaks, of finding decent practice partners, which Kyle admitted turned out to be an issue for him.

The lads have been skating on pretty thin ice this set, and have finally been broken to 5-6*

Rog-Vass is playing some excellent ground shots - being 37 not standing in his way...

The boys pick up where they left off in Monte-Carlo:

L16:  Daniel Evans & Neal Skupski CR 72 (56+16) defeated Henri Kontinen & Edouard Roger-Vasselin (FIN/FRA) CR 45 (31+14) by 6-4 5-7 [13-11]  biggrin

Goodness, that was close

Neal had two match points on his racket but couldn't do it (the second an ambitious down the line which he only missed by an inch, but the first a pretty easy inside out forehand which he plays well, into space, but he just rushed it).

But he saved the MP of the other lads with a great return, and chased down a really short ball at 11-11, which they ended up winning.

Kontinen was the weakest on the court.

Great result

Well not quite as that was a defeat!

The win moves Dan above Ken in the Doubles rankings.

Cam is into a 3rd set vs Khachanov.

6-4 3-6

One break of serve has decided each set. Although in the second Cam, having been broken for 3-5*, did have a break back point.
