I might include that in a text tomorrow but be aware that you might get told off for putting them where they don't belong! wink Still, it's the thought that counts ... smile

SC reports that she thinks her health may have turned a corner but it's too early to be sure, so relatively good news.

She'll have the Brits' AO draws to wake up to on her phone too (albeit only the singles draws)

That sounds positive.  Let's hope things keep moving in the right direction.

Woke up this morning, feeling fine
My weight is now only ninety nine
Already reached my goal, like I hoped I would .. Oh Yeah
Something tells me Im feeling rather good.

After 239 days of long slog, pounding the streets on foot and on a bike, hitting the gym, having regular physio on dodgy back and dodgy hamstrings, taking medication for a touch of gout, surviving being knocked of my bike on a roundabout and toughest of all, a severe case of Marmite deprivation, I have now hit my goal.

I started at 128kg (20st 2lbs) and as of this morning, I finally broke the 100kg barrier, weighing in at 99.8kg (15st 10lbs). That's a loss of 28.2kg (4st 6lbs). Forgive me for feeling a bit proud of myself this morning.

I have 126 days left on my year long challenge - how low can I go. Is 90kg attainable ? Well I certainly intend to find out. It doesn't stop here.

Fantastic, hope you are feeling younger and fitter smile Not easy to do, especially during the pandemic where so many people seem to have put weight on hmm
