Shame for Marni, she does seem to be struggling to qualify for the main draws of these W15 events, think it's 5 attempts in a row now stretching back to October, which is a shame because she did have that very good W25 R1 win last year, and pushed Emma Rad reasonably close a couple of times, but at least she is active, is picking up early Q round wins, and most of her defeats seem to be MTBs. Hopefully she will get a few more opportunities in the coming weeks / months.

Well done to Millie and another win tomorrow would be great and it looks achievable as well.
Bad luck for Marni. From what I have seen last year she is surely better than this.
Hopefully she will get another shot next week.

I'm afraid both Millie and Marni are on the last week of their trip - neither are playing next week. I'm sure they'll appear somewhere else soon though.

I wonder what happened to Eden? I hope she is not injured or the doubles are also out. Inoue seems to be playing against a Swedish player whilst I

cannot see Eden in the singles today.

Eden has been replaced by the Swedish Lucky Loser in the singles draw. No doubles on the schedule for today, so we will have to wait and see if she is able to play that.

She may well be heading to Doha where the qualifying cut off is dropping like a stone.

That's interesting. I wonder if the Men and Women are all there currently to take advantage of any opportunities in the draws.
