Zarazua is the top ranked Mexican player in singles, and 5th in doubles. Could be any five from 6 for the Mexican team

 I think it's called the Billie Jean King Cup these days. Whether it actually gets played in 2021 is debatable but the British tie against Mexico in April is more likely to be played.

 The finals are postponed until later in the year, but the play-offs are to go ahead on 16th-17th April
