Yep, Adam's got a really rich dad who manages several companies and from his connections he's able to get Adam wildcards every so often. I suspect that it's a similar story with Robert Dee.
According to his fellow pros who've shared rooms with him at tournaments, Lownsbrough is a great guy.
I really don't know why Adam bothers though, just getting thrashed 0 and 0 every single time must be so demoralising. At least he's getting to see the world I suppose and he is rapidly nearing the record for most consecutive losses.

I guess that's one way to make sure your name goes down in history! The only reason i can think that Adam is still playing is that he must really enjoy it despite the losing, in which case I don't mind Daddy paying for him so long as the lta doesn't divert money to him from other players.

Doesn't his dad's company sponsor a challenger somewhere, so Adam geta a WC into the main draw, so he gets a ranking point each year to make sure he get get entry into the qualies of all these other tourneys.
One day, Adam's going to get an opponent who gets injured during a match and he'll actually get a win.

I wouldn't bet on it. I'd imagine someone would have to be in total agony before retiring against Adam. Most players would probably fancy there chances against him as long as they could still stand.
that's still not as bad as a couple of weeks ago when everyone except Boggo and Slabba were out by tuesday. I guess there's a reason why most Brits hate clay!

I think that the Brits in Bournemouth would have done better if the clay hadn't been so damp - there was little sun at the start of the week. The clay was therefore slowed down which suited the European clay specialists even more ! If the sun had come out, this would have dried the clay and made it faster and aided the British players' attacking games.
Hopefully the sun will shine in Edinburgh next week, the Brits will need it to as there's a strong entry list. Also from a personal perspective, there's a lot of people going to watch Colin in Edinburgh and the longer he stays in the more photos and reports I'll get for his site !!! Plus, it's a 15K future so lots of points available and also I think in a couple of weeks he's defending a fair few points from his good performance in the GB clay court satellite this time last year.
