How many British wins will we get at the Aussie open 2021

Its that time again, this time with much longer to think about it! We got 11 wins at the US Open, 9 wins at the French Open. If I recall SuperT is our resident prediction champion, and Miriambee has a history of success before that.

Last AO we got 21 wins however. Although that included mixed.

So last 3 slams are 21, 11 and 9 , heading downwards but with less events in the latter two. edit - it appears mixed will be part of this event. So 21 last year, can it be repeated .

Looking back , FW is our reigning AO champ although I may have missed someone. And SuperT won both the last two slams prediction events and is the Covid Queen, it seems!

"The Covid Queen"!! Wow.  Not sure if that's a complement or not?

Yes ! It is possible to misconstrue that ! Focus on the queen part !

Gone with 10 wins but feel this is optimistic.

So far we have had 5 votes in - as a reminder, I will leave it open to votes until the Sunday before play starts, so quite some time. feel free to vote anytime, maybe you want to see the draws or the first weeks play at the ATP/WTA warm up events, or see if anyone doesnt complete lockdown before withdrawing...

but if anyone wants to vote now, please feel free and also let us know what you vote! Current votes range between 9 and 15 wins (remembering that a doubles pair like the Skupski's will receive 1 point for a win, not 2!)

I think I went for 15, so best declare it before I forget.

I might be wrong but I thought that there was going to be a mixed as I seem to recall reading that Jamie and Bethanie Mattek-Sands were joining forces again? Might affect the predictions!

ok, I wasnt aware there was any mixed , not seen it mentioned! Anyone else know? I agree and I would recast the voting and cull this one if that is the case!
