Giorgi did end up withdrawing, so it's Kovinic or Q/LL for the Jodie winner.
Jodie could also face a LL in R1 now, and I don't think they are based on rankings in ITF draws, as I remember Laura Robson getting one last year, although not sure if that still applies for a W100+H level event, but that aforementioned QWC would also be a good option for Jodie (or Hev) if she was applicable to be a LL.
Lucky losers are based on the rankings. Here is the relevant section from the ITF rulebook
"The Lucky Losers shall be ordered and selected as follows:
i) Players who have reached the final Qualifying round of the Qualifying competition; then
ii) Players with a WTA Ranking shall be randomly drawn; then
iii) Players with an ITF World Tennis Tour Ranking shall be randomly drawn; then
iv) The order of Nationally Ranked and unranked players shall be randomly drawn."
Cheers TA, shame. Do you know if that is that a new rule for this year, or specific for W100/+H level events? Just digged it out and Laura got a LL for the Shrewsbury W60 last year despite having the seeded Bucsa, Georges, and Benoit all lose as well in the FQR.
6 qualifiers through thus far - Gorgodze (beat Golubic), Krunic, Schmeidlova, Frech, Cristian, and Ruse.
Not sure what's going on with Bolkvadze's serve, but fresh after 22 DFs in one set yesterday, she has served 12 today to drop the first set 5-7 against the QWC (and a further 3 in the first game of the second set). The final Q match involving 2nd seed Cocciaretto is about to get underway, and we should learn Jodie and Heather's opponent shortly after that has finished.
Update - Cocciaretto and the 17 year old QWC Fruchtman join the other 6 to make up the 8 qualifiers. I assume the LL will come from one of Gulubic, Vikhylantseva, and Rakhimova. Some potential toughies there, and familiar names, but a few opportunities as well (from a Jodie perspective). It'll be interesting to see who both draw.
There's actually now 2 LL spots.

Jodie gets LL Kerkhove, so that's definitely winnable. She might even be the favourite, I think Fran was the favourite, or very close, when Fran beat her the other week.
Heather gets Krunic, which might be a bit of a banana skin. Krunic has been ranked much higher (in the past) and shocked Konta at one of the slams, but had slid down the rankings, but she thrashed the 5th Q seed today, so there may be signs she's getting back.
Golubic was the other LL.

Lost 5 of her last 7 (her Dubai results 1-1 are not updated), 5-8 since the restart, but one of those was an 800+ LL (in 3 sets), #466 in 3 sets, #257 in 3 sets, and #470 in Dubai Q1. Lost 1 and 3 to Fran in late October, and a few other defeats to lower ranked players.
Other than the QWC, I'd say this was the best opponent she could have faced, so hopefully she takes advantage - one win and 14 points (9 net) could push her close to AO qual contention (if that happens). Hopefully it's on one of the streamed courts.

Yes, Krunic beat Jo in the first round of the 2017 US Open. Jo won the 2 later meetings, the first being at Eastbourne 2018 and the second being the dramatic match in the Fed Cup at Bath. Krunic could mix it with the best because as a qualifier she beat Madison Keys and the then Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova at the 2014 US Open. Krunic beat Heather in their only meeting at Birmingham 2015.
Apologies ROSAMUND, just realised I referred to 3 GB players with their first name in that passage, but Jo as 'Konta', which I know you have picked up previously. I don't know why I do that, I think it might be to do with never knowing whether to call her Jo, or Johanna etc. which CD has mentioned before, and Konta just naturally comes - it's also possibly because she's been the most relevant GB WTA for the past few years, and on TF I'll always refer to her as Konta, so probably just follows on from that.
