They are but twitter is not the place for them, go to the Police and have a proper investigation, not trial by social media.

I read a long article by Ben Rothenberg on the Zverev domestic violence incidents, with plenty of supporting evidence of various kinds. slate.com/culture/2021/08/alexander-zverev-domestic-abuse-allegations-olga-sharypova.html

The problem is it's a tennis tour story, taking place in tennis tour hotels in different locations around the world and the victim doesn't want to press charges. It is unrealistic for the authorities in one location to put together a case against Zverev.

The ATP need to take a close look at their rules and regulations, then find whichever is the most appropriate route to ban Zverev for a lengthy spell. It is completely unacceptable to have elite tennis players behaving in this fashion on tour.

The German court issued a penalty order against Zverev for bodily harm against his ex-girlfriend
And fined him EUR 450k

This is used when the authorities think that the case is very simple and doesn't need a trial. Zverev has the right to appeal, which will necessitate a full trial.

Zverev a newly elected member of the ATP Players Council I believe.

The ATP seem incapable of understanding that partner abuse/domestic violence is a serious issue.
And that having someone on the player council currently under investigation is a pretty bad look for many reasons .

Yes, Armchair's right, more of a problem as regards the players who voted for him than the ATP really

And there's reports that most of the players didn't know anything about the allegations - which is (a) hard to believe and/or (b) shows the players are even more 'stupid' than you'd previously have thought, given who they voted for
