The Brazilians knocked out the top seeds CR842 (463+379). The other three seeds all made it to the QF,
The fourth seeds are CR1032 so would still be stiff opposition, but I reckon Emily and Ali have drawn the short straw.

The second set was far closer - Emily took it to a tie-break.

Short straw
