Yes, misleading Instagram story, posted after Gaby reached Ostrava, probably from when they shared a room in Paris.

Waiting to see if Naomi and/or Tara show up in the US - Naomi is over there according to her own Insta posts

Naomi has made the doubles. Playing alongside Routliffe again, and against the 4th seeds.

The singles draw is pretty decent, and features a fair few interesting players, so perhaps a chance for me to waffle on later in the week once the thread is up, especially as there will be those quality USTA streams. biggrin

Well it wasn't misleading, Em travelled but was 2 out of the draw - could have got in as an alt today, but partner had already left cry

Recently, there were people on the forum who wondered if GB players have less mental fortitude, or choke more often.

And I pointed out a couple of truly spectacular collapses from Kiki Mlad.

Here are a couple of others:

Tumaini Carayol

Alejandro Davidovich Fokina led 6-2 *5-2 AD-40 vs Diego Schwartzman, one point away from his first top 10 win. He twice failed to serve it out. After breaking for *6-5, he hit *5* drop shots in 8 points and failed to serve it out for a 3rd time. Lost the tiebreak, lost the match.

From 0-6 0-4 40-Ad down, Aryna Sabalenka wins 12 games in a row to beat Sara Sorribes Tormo 0-6 6-4 6-0.
