No doubt be due for Thursday. Just 8 of the 16 L32 matches are scheduled for Wednesday.

It is due to finish on Monday.

Looks like they are playing half the second round matches on Wednesday and half on Thursday, so Jo will be Thursday. And it isn't the top or bottom half as both Halep[1] and Pliskova[2] play tomorow.

Edit - as Indi said

Watching the scores - hope it's Jo playing really well and not Begu gifting it to her!

Maybe the clay gives jo more time and that suits her game.?

In all the years she's played in the main draw in Rome Jo has always managed at least 1 win. i.e  it has been the kindest clay court tournament for Jo. Interesting she had her fitness trainer with her as opposed to her coach or hitting partner.
