 To be fair, December looks quite sparse:

ATP Tour - 3 events in November, none in December

ATP Challenger Tour - 12 events , all would count as November (2 finish 6th Dec, start 30th Nov)

WTA Tour - Linz in Nov, Limoges (I think?) December

ITF Tours - December looks like it has a dozen or so events on both mens and womens tours, but not sure how many Brits will play across them.

Based on ITF and Limoges, play ends Sunday 20th December, but December looks sparse enough that Indy is right, we should amalgamate Nov and Dec. 

So, I will aim for the October vote just after play closes Sunday 1st November. Nov/Dec joint vote, we will go through to play end Sunday 20th December. 

Player of the season vote we can do as a Christmas and New Year special between Christmas and New Year to get everyone excited in what may be the weirdest of Holiday periods!

 I don't personally really follow ITF rankings at all so no idea on how they work these days. They certainly have had less relevance since the previous ATP and WTA ranking points for ITF MDs were largely restored. 

They remain relevant for ordering entry lists, after account is first taken of ATP and WTA rankings, so the higher the ITF ranking ( with no ATP/WTA ranking ) the more chance of say getting into 15K qualifying. 

I probably wouldn't count top ITF ranked but not fussed.

 Yeah, Im with you and it looks like the points on offer arent going to have any impact on the rankings anyway (ITF rankings) so largely a mundane exercise in terms of determing a GB 2020 player of the year...updated list coming!
