Mandy currently has a 16th counter of 4 points ( actually the highest 16th counter of any British woman ). So she will need to reach the final here ( win=10, RU=6 ) to improve her current 154 points total.
Cheers CD, I had heard most of those 7, bar this qualifier and Mohr, some are obviously more well known than others.
I might actually stick that match on in the background later, just for something to have on, since it's easy to get on the big screen via Facebook Watch, and a bit more relevancy since Amanda plays the winner.
Oh and that 'not major' comment was totally down the the odds rather than any knowledge or perception. The underdog in the other match on centre today is like 10/1, so that would likely be a huge surprise.

Yep, no stream for Amanda tomorrow. Tauson, who beat Burel in 3 sets in almost 2 and a half hours, is on one though, as is top seed Bucsa who Amanda would meet in the QF if both won tomorrow.
Yes, got to *4-0 quickly, then four breaks of serve in the next five games. Not that that is unusual with Mandy, her game is rallies and not reliant on serve.
Good stuff, not top opposition, but two wins under her belt and first Brit to get two official wins since lockdown! Our winningest player, as the Americans might say
It likely won't get any easier if she does manage to pull it off tomorrow as the winner is in line to face a promising 17 year old in the SF, most likely Tauson, so it will be tough for her to add any countable points this week by reaching the final, but here's hoping.
As mentioned earlier, Amanda did beat Bucsa 6-4 6-2 in a clay exho SF a few weeks ago, but not sure how much we can take from that. The bookies have it Bucsa 1/2, Amanda 6/4.
