Wow. I know it was a bit of a stretch relying on Emily Morton to try and somehow nick a set to keep things interesting, but that's pretty much ended any ounce of intrigue there and then. Happy days for Olivia. Bit of a shame they couldn't have swapped the group order of play around so that A would have clashed with Palermo, instead of B.
Sure enough 0 and 0 in less than an hour. I believe that'll be Olivia through to the SF unless Nadia beats Naomi in straight sets next. Eliz/Abi can join her on 9 points, but Olivia has beaten both of them, so would go through if a straight H2H, when 2 are on the same amount of points, is the main deciding factor.
If Naomi beats Nadia in straight sets next then Eliz vs Abi will be a pretty pointless 3rd / 4th decider, but both would go into the 5-8 playoffs with no real obvious stand out to avoid in the other group.

Naomi 6-1 7-5 over Nadia. Naomi was 5-2 up in the second, and had 5-3 *30-0, but was pegged back. I watched the final 2 games and was hoping Nadia would win a set to at least keep this next match half interesting, but I think the table is as follows:
1) Naomi
2) Olivia
------------------
3 or 4 Eliz/Ani
------------------
5) Nadia
6) Presumably Kim
So all the playoff groups are sorted now, and the winner of the next match between Eliz and Abi will finish 3rd, the loser 4th, but both will contest the 5-8 POs over the weekend, so very little riding on it.

Isnt Nadia ahead of Abi - 6 points for Nadia versus 5 for Abi?
Overnight that was the standing and I think they both failed to score today?

The tables have been updated on the website with yesterday's results. And yes, Nadia had 6 points and Abi 5 points
Ahhh, thought every match here was won in straight sets. Abi A must have beaten Emily M in a MTB earlier in the week, can't remember that at all, but yes, changes things a bit. Eliz and Nadia 3rd and 4th respectively, and Abi 5th, but she did have the chance to move up a place had she taken a set earlier against Eliz, so wasn't really a nothing match.
Nadia vs Eliz underway now, 1-1, their 3rd meeting in 6 days, shades of the BotB. Winner very likely to finish in top 2, especially if it's in straight sets.
I guess that was a little stroke of luck for Olivia earlier then if Emily M took a set off Abi A and also took Nadia to a TB a few days ago, plus I'm sure she might have taken Naomi to a TB in an earlier week as well. Olivia would have still been a favourite to win in straight sets, but she'd probably have at least had to work for a it, rather than just turning up and getting an effective bye, but then it's also just pot luck as to which order you play your matches, and you can't really account for withdrawals.
I'd been thinking for the past couple of days everything was in straight sets in this group for some reason.

The worst part is, I actually think I watched most of it now, and that's only 2 days ago.
I don't fully trust my maths at the moment, but I believe that's the set Victoria needed to book her SF spot (6-2) so she should be runner up to Emily Ap in Group B, and face Naomi tomorrow.

I think you're right. Vic was on 9 as at close of play yesterday, and winning this set means she is now on 10 so second in the group after Emily App; to face the winner of Group A - Naomi. Holly and Erin were both on 6; and even if Holly wins her match against Summer in two sets it only takes her to 9
