A reminder that 1st round groups consist of:-

- Members of Federation/Fed Cup Teams

- Additional players that were part of Wightman Cup Teams

- Players that won at least one singles match at Wimbledon

- Players from qualifying including one Lucky Loser

This is now knockout.

Oh yes indeed. Was one of the better coaches that Norwich have had!!! They won the league cup under him in 1985 and finished fifth in the then first division in 1987.

Yes Ken Brown. He made 386 appearances for West Ham too as a centre half. (and yes I have looked this up now!) biggrin

Got to be Nik. Scot with attitude. Wonderfully un-PC tweets.

Cant get past a Wimbledon winner in this group Im afraid.

Veronica Burton beat Martina Navratilova in the 1st round of the 1973 US Open.  Jackie Fayter was a bit of a nemisis for Virginia Wade as  she certainly managed a couple of wins over Ginny. Can't remember where offhand but I know they happened.
