I suspect the votes in this group could be spread around quite a lot!

2 or 3 early leaders in this one, 10 votes as we reach quarter way.

It is most unfair to only let us vote for one player in each group. On the other hand it's interesting considering the various options and weighing the merits of each possibility.

The good news is 4 out of each group plus ties get to live in the semifinals. At the moment that around 26 players surviving. But theres still a long way to go in this.

I'll post a state of play for each group later this evening.

Ok, given that the number of new votes coming in is very slow, i am now going to close this poll down around 5 pm this evening (instead of 10 pm) as by then everyone will have voted, Ia m sure.

That will then allow me to sort out the semifinal groups this evening and leave those up through Tuesday til Wednesday around 5 pm, and then I can do the final Wednesday night til Friday evening.

So, be warned and please get votes in by 5 pm!!

approx 4 hours left to vote - dont let your favourite miss out; at this stage, 1 vote can make the difference between going through and going out!
