It is still a really strong draw, even with a few withdrawals. I know Jakupovic and Arruabarrena have both slipped back a bit in recent times, but they met in the semi final of a full WTA event less than 2 years ago (and they look pretty similar), and they meet in R1 here. That Zarazua who reached the Acapulco SF the other week plays a getting back on track Schmiedlova in R1, so some of these are good match ups in the first round of one of the lower levels on the circuit.
Harriet will play a qualifier in R2 if she wins. Katie would play thw defending champ and #1 seed Astra Sharma (who has a late MDWC) in round 2 if both win.

Oh and last year I remember watching Katie S on some real quality Facebook streams, like those W100 events in the US with the fancy camera angles, so hopefully it's the same this year.
