SF: Emina Bektas (USA) / Tara Moore (GBR) CR460 (230+230) [2] lost to Lorraine M. Guillermo (USA) / Maegan Manasse (USA) CR768 (395+373) by  6-4 5-7 [11-9]

 

They came from 6-8* in the MTB to have a MP at 9-8* but not to be

Yes it would have been an interesting final if they had made it... Tara's former partner Conny Perrin won the other SF...

 I can't tell you about their status only that for the whole of the last year Tara has been travelling and playing with Emina and not Conny, who has mostly been in different places and tournaments.

So married, divorced and then married again. Didnt even know her and Conny had split at all. Must be very hard for tennis players especially those struggling to get by on the relationship stakes. Not a profession that helps thats for sure. Sam Murrays Instagram makes me smile though seeing how she manages it. Always want these players to succeed more.
