Does anyone know what's going wrong with the Murray / Skupski partnership. They are both great players and really should be getting better results, so it's rather worrying.

That is a blow. I think Jamie is partly past his best, and his game also is based on very sharp work around the net and I wonder if that takes a while to gel with new partners. And  if some of that sharpness is diminishing, then it leads to errors and less consistency.

I wonder if we will see the season through as a pair and then Neal will move move onto better options, as the younger man in the pairing?

Think you've essentially got it, Jon. Jamie's great abilties, particularly wonderful net reflexes, have been steadily diminishing.

Neal is very good. Whether absolute top level I am not sure. I haven't really seen enough of him.

Yes I always saw this match up being better for Jamie than for Neal. I'm not sure that Joe Salisbury is a better doubles player than Neal at all, but Joe has the better partner right now.

Singles, but Aljaz Bedene keeps up his good form by beating Khachanov last night, good run on the indoor courts for Aljaz.
