As already noted by Status Quo in the Road thread, these are good draws first up, the GB players are the higher ranked in every match up, even if close to be sure. 

Note for the rankings, these are current today from the WTA site. The AO site has last week's rankings; Savinykh has fallen 25 places this week. 

QR1: Samantha MURRAY SHARAN (GBR) 217 vs Yue YUAN (CHN) 221=CH

QR1: Naiktha BAINS (GBR) 200 vs Valeria SAVINYKH (RUS) 205 (CH:99 April 12)

QR1: Harriet DART (GBR) 169 vs Elitsa KOSTOVA (BUL) 194 (CH:130 Sept 16)

They exchanged breaks so nothing dramatic but then Harriet took the last 4 games. Not watching but hoping she has been working on her serve as it really is stunting her.
