Just saw the draw for week 1 and see there's now no Katie B. Was this reported anywhere, or did she just quietly withdraw? I'm sure Harriet was the only notable omission from week 1 who was also playing the Progress Tour event.
The acceptance list says she withdrew on the 24th, and Maia on the 23rd. I didn't seen any comments anywhere.
Third quarter looks a bit of a cake walk to me, Lily should win that with room to spare. She's coming into this on the back of a W25 tournament win in March, and in the past year has beaten a top 200 player, beat Maia 6-2 6-4, and beat Ola Pitak (who's probably on a not too dissimilar level to the other 3 Brit's) 6-2 6-0, plus players like Ula Rad and Cagla B, who while not as good as they were, are/were still in around the top 250. I would have rather she and Jodie had swapped places in the draw as she'll probably have more gas in the tank in a potential semi final which would be a third match in three days. 8 seeds instead of 4 would have made for a more even draw, but then I guess a little bit leeway can make the draws a bit more intriguing.
Some fairly interesting R1 draws though - I'd like to see Marni give Sam a good match, and a good chance for Amelia and Grace to pick up a win in the battle of the 2002ers. I'd like to think Emma and Emily could have been decent, but given their respective last 18 months or so, that could be pretty one sided. I've still got loads of time on my hand so I'll be looking to stream a few of these assuming they do plan to stream them all.

Ah, cheers. Didn't even realise that Maia was no longer there as well.
Presumably doubles only takes place when it is a Premier event, hence womens only doubles week 1, mens week 2, none week 3 and presumably there will be both in week 4?
Cheer TA. Still not back at work, so it looks a day in front of the telly / laptop for me (assuming, and hoping, there are streams for both courts...). Some of the matches I'm most interested in will likely directly clash, particularly the first matches starting at the same time, and I'm not quite as interested in either 2nd match, so a bit of a shame that they'll likely be the only options to watch at that time - although I guess I could get off my backside and go for a walk then, ha.
I could certainly get used to this back to back tennis in the afternoon and football in the evening
