It is quite blustery which doesn't make it easy.

Enjoying catching up with Hannah Smith - who is a player I liked as a 12/14 year-old, someone with clear weaknesses but an interesting game, a tall girl, strong serve.

Never seen Chloe Elliott before either (and I know a couple of forumites here rate her)

OK, beaten to it by a few seconds. Only saw the last three games, too late to make any judgements on Hannah or Chloe. Last time I saw Chloe pay it was partnering Lucy Brown in County Cup.

Michelle is Dutch but has been based in UK for some time. Competed for Holcombe Brook (Lancs) in last year's Team Tennis finals. Shows as Warwickshire on LTA profile. Perhaps based at Edgbaston Priory?

Yeah sorry, I've seen Miyazaki obviously over recent weeks, dont recall Andre... though.

Recent events have been an eye opener to me. Beyond the top 200 or so ranked players, on the womens side, so top half dozen or so Brits, I have had my eyes closed,  seen so many new names. Being frank, although I've enjoyed some of it, there has also been some desperate tennis as well! But some has also been ok!

A lot of names I'd heard of or seen in results but never seen hit a call in anger, most of my watching is mens and challenger level or full tour generally.

Grace Piper moves easily into the final 2 and 3.
