Well done Marni. Been a good year for her, despite the obvious interruption. Took a set off Kasatkina in Aus, beat someone circa 300 at Sunderland, was competitive against Emma, and now this - she'd have been an asset to that bigger Progress event in a couple of weeks, oh well. Hopefully she'll be next in line if there is a withdrawal.

Emma should be favourite to make the final in that top half now.

Good comeback from Amelia in set 2. I assume she won the second 7-5, as it was 5-5 the last time I checked.

Amelia did well to come from behind in that second set - she deserved to win those last few games - made her extra power count. Won the second 7-5

Emily about to try and serve for the first set against Emma - went from *1-0 to 1-3* and now *5-4

Won't be surprised if they're all off court again before too long.

8-4 or so up in the MTB, and then to lose it, suddenly throwing in some chippy returns and a very nervy double fault.......a real shame for Eliz but she should really watch back that MTB and learn from it....
