Arthur Fery joins Derrick Chen in Mexico for the Copa Yucatan Grade A.  Derrick has a tough draw against the third seed, who has won a smattering of matches at M15 and M25 level

Well done to both of them !!!

Derrick's opponent has an adult ATP ranking of 1151, and was JWR 16, so that's a pretty amazing win from our 2003-born player. (As per previous threads, I really liked Derrick, from what I saw in June)

Sadly Derrick retired from his round 2 match and gave a w/o in the doubles. Arthur plays his doubles partner in a late match - the Norwegian beat Felix Gill in the final of a Spanish Grade 2 last month

Arthur has been made to work for his wins but he is through to his first Grade A semi. His next opponent though reached a M15 final last month
