QF: Arthur Féry & Emilien Voisin (FRA) UNR vs (4) Hernán Casanova & Alessandro Petrone (ARG/ITA) CR 1316 (367+949)
Arthur and Em won by walkover. So another SF.....
"Em"?!! Poor bugger! I thought that was a shortened form of "Emma"!!! And how come you're using Arthur's full name & not referring to him as "Art" or Arty"?
SF: Arthur Féry & Emilien Voisin (FRA) UNR vs (2) Francisco Cabral & Gonçalo Falcão (POR/POR) CR 1021 (501+520)
Well, Ms. SC, what is like to know is why no accent for Emilien???
That's an easy one to answer: I can type it, but Activeboard doesn't support it, so I never bother now - &, in my experience, the French themselves often don't bother with the acute accent over a capital "E" anyway - as witness.
Typing on a mobile - the pits - just so many typos....sorry.
And only teasing - because, yes, if all accents are a pain and should be ignored, then ones on capitals are even more of a pain, and should be doubly ignored
