 I know more about Jonathan than Alastair Gray - what is Alastairs story/situation? Is he at college and thus his ranking is, like say Paul Jubb, not truly reflective of his status or has he just not been playing much and lowly ranked as a consequence? Or is 1139 a true ranking for him?

Yes. Alistair is at the same college that Cam attended. 

 So his ranking is therefore lower than his true ability would suggest he should be at?
