L32: (1) Liam Broady WR 272 (CH = 154 in April last year) vs Keenan Mayo (USA) WR 1042 (CH = 593 in January) L32: Connor Farren (USA) WR 704 (CH = 693 in August) vs Jonathan Gray WR 606 (CH = 538 in April last year)
L32: Austin Rapp (USA) WR 685 (= CH) vs (8) Mark Whitehouse WR 651 (CH = 530 in August)
The boys are all bunched in the top quarter of the draw. There's a qualifier vs qualifier slot in there as well, so perhaps Piers will join them if he beats the ageing Brazilian.

SC, I think you're a step ahead of yourself. The match vs Ventre is on today's OOP, ie in California won't be played till 6pm tonight, approx, our time.
The score you give here is how Piers beat Chadwell. There are 3 qualifying rounds, and Ventre is the final opponent, but it will be played later today.
Mark's had a bleak time in the US up till now. Lost in R1 of singles and doubles in the last two events. Nice that he's actually got a couple of wins here (one in singles and one in doubles).
