Right. Hopefully Emma vs Suzy, and Emilie vs Ola. Shame about Eliz, it was 5-5 in the MTB when I last checked, saw that it was no longer in play, so came on here hoping for good news, but not to be. 10 Brits in the main draw.
There's maybe one or two other spots in the main draw which could be OK, like a Giovone or Terziyska, but they are generally tough, so I think the GB vs GB scenario, and a guaranteed win , would be the best bet.
I guess Emma, and maybe even Emilie, would fancy their chances against the Spaniard who Amelia Raj beat last week, and Eliz pushed so close today, but then there are much tougher options as well like Indy DV and Garland.
All Q matches are finished, so we should find out within the hour.
Suzy against the top seed and last weeks finalist Friedsam, so can probably write that off. Emilie vs Garland, which will be tough. Emma has Chanelle Van Nguyen, who came through quals last week, but looks more winnable, but a lot of that will also be down to Emma's credentials.
Forgot about Ola, she has the veteran Greta Arn, so again, not brilliant (for Ola's chances).

What a shame Freya, Anna & Sam and Katie S are all in the same quarter in the doubles! I notice Katy D not in the doubles draw again which is unusual for her. Didn't play last week either. I wonder why?
For whatever reasons Katy D has really not played that much doubles this year and not had much success when she has.
Last year she played doubles in 23 tournaments and reached a CH 135 in July 2018 after reaching R2 at Wimbledon.
This year so far she has only played doubles 7 times for a total of 61 points. She has not played doubles since Wimbledon and with 60K QF points dropping off next Monday her doubles ranking will fall to about WR 580.
Three matches already scheduled for the inside courts starting at 9:30 - the remainder still showing as outside not before 11:00 - that will change soon, I'm sure
The first eight matches on the schedule are now moved indoors.
Lissey is a set up 6-2 against Leonie Kung, Ola struggling against the experienced Greta Arn, down 1-6
