One of the livescore sites claims the match between Luke Johnson and Rodionov is cancelled.
But I can't see anything more.....
Luke is playing verbeek, who is an alt. Presumably rodionov withdrew
Novak - 2 seed - withdrew. Rodianov being the next highest ranked non seed was made 17 seed and took Novak's place in the draw and the ALT took Rodianov's place.
