Got broken after a close game, but then breaks again to 0 and will serve for the set again.

Two long games to start the third. Arconada survives the first, Heather fails to survive the second. A quick hold and it's *0-3

That final set ended quickly. It was 0-2 when I last looked and the next 3 games were all to 15, and she ended up dropping the final set 0-6. So 3-6 7-5 0-6.

Diappointing the way it ended, but still a yery good week. 11th seed so wouldn't have even been projected to make the quarters if it went with rankings. A brief return to the top 100, and that may assist with ensuring entry into some US events towards the end of the year, if she decides to play a similar schedule.

Arconada has been in really good form these past few months.

I didn't think that set warranted to be a bagel. The first couple of games were very close and could have gone either way. Heather did make more and more UFE though as the set progressed.
