I'm not sure this is what the Israeli tennis authorities envisaged, but our women are going for the full straight, playing a W25, W15 and then next week W60, in successive weeks.
This week, Jodie is scheduled to return, and potentially the top seed, with Maia 2nd, and Freya, Lissey and Tiff all also in the MD.
QR1: Kimberly Alinafe MPUKUSA (GBR) [q11] UNR/1879 vs Tali KRASNOPOLSKI (ISR) UNR Born 2002 (JCH:1403 Jan 18)
Be great to see Jodie back, assuming she still plays. Looks like an event to hopefully find her feet before a bigger Israel event next week and then an Aussie trip after that.
The full draw is out now. And Jodie won't mind that as her first match back from a long lay off.
Tiff plays Yadav, who gave Maia a three set run last week.

Jodie's back after many months off - Maia had a few hard matches last week - Freya's lowest doubles counter is 15, should be playing as she's got a few coming off this month.
I wouldn't be at all bothered about Freya not competing in doubles for a whole maximum 10 points and whatever prize money. Don't see why she necessarily should be playing.
Even if taking into consideration the 4 counters she has to come off in the remainder of the year, without adding anything ( and hopefully she will in time elsewhere ) she can replace these with a 10 and 3 9s. She has a full 11 scores of 9 points or more from February this year on. So a further 10 can do almost nothing for her in the next 6 months rankingswise, not that it's relatively many points even if the full 10 did count.
Maybe she is using this week to really work on her singles. Some relatively low level ITF matchplay and maybe some additional practice might say be a plan before next week's 60K without doubles distractions.
I'm just kind of assuming that Freya still has plenty singles ambitions after a tough time rather than being too concerned about trying to gobble up every pretty unneccesary doubles point in a 15K
Freya has 9 1 pt counters - got to do something about that soon - the good news is she's covered her points for the rest of the year so anything >1 is a bonus
